Software Engineer: Embedded Software Developer

Job Summary

  1. Contribute as a key member of a world-class software team developing and commercializing novel multi-site IP storage solutions.
  2. Participate in architecture design.
  3. Participate in technical reviews of new feature requirements and help develop software delivery plans.
  4. Participate in testing, code reviews, and bug fixing.

Requirements

  1. Experience in developing embedded applications in C or C++.
  2. Excellent communication and teamwork.
  3. Desire to help build a company from start-up to market leader and participate in the corresponding financial rewards.

It is an asset if the candidate has experience with some or all of the following:

  1. iSCSI and/or Fibre Channel Protocol, RAID, and volume management.
  2. Linux kernel development and/or embedded systems software development.
  3. Virtualization software systems (e.g., from vendors such as VMware, Citrix, and MicroSoft).
  4. Distributed systems and/or wide area networking.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computing Science/Engineering with 2+ years of software development work experience or a domain-relevant Master’s degree.

Software Engineer: IP Storage Specialist

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computing Science/Engineering with 5+ years of relevant work experience or a Master's Degree in a related field and 3+ years work experience.
